Director RN Case Management

Extensive Hospital Case Management leadership experience required to complete the job duties Utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the perioperative setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. Knowledgeable in all surgical procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manages patient loads in assigned timelines. Requirements Current (or eligible) Montana RN license required. One year of Hospital Case Management Leadership experience Must possess a Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA) strongly preferred.
