Director, RIA Growth & Strategic Partnerships

Flourish is seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage end‑to‑end client relationships with Independent Registered Investment Advisors. You will drive adoption, resolve complex platform issues, and expand coverage in collaboration with the relationship management team.

The role requires 8+ years in financial sales, a Series 7 or plan to obtain within 60 days, and comfort with travel up to 50%. Experience with RIAs and FINRA fingerprint checks are essential. Based in the western US region.
