This is a pivotal leadership role in Kāinga Ora’s Housing Delivery transformation, leading a dedicated national Retrofit directorate to strengthen renewal and compliance-based delivery across the existing housing portfolio. The role will shape a more consistent, sustainable and accountable delivery model, supporting better homes, better customer outcomes and long-term value for public housing in New Zealand.
