Director Retail Crime & Security in Ontario

Lead Metro’s retail security initiatives as the Director of Retail Crime & Security in Ontario. Champion loss prevention and ensure compliance across our operations.

This vital position reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Security & Resilience, focusing on executing loss prevention strategies and managing investigations. Collaborate with operations and external partners, defining KPIs for program success while monitoring external threats and crime trends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead loss prevention and fraud prevention teams
• Develop strategic protection programs
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards
• Oversee incidents and create action plans
• Track crime trends for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
• Over 10 years in security, loss prevention, or fraud
• 5+ years of leadership experience
