Fintelligent Search is looking for a Director to lead and influence commercial property strategy in London or Manchester. This role requires MRICS qualification and strong leadership experience, ideally in commercial property or professional services.

You will be responsible for mentoring teams, developing client relationships, and delivering innovative valuation solutions. The package includes a salary of £100,000–£110,000 plus performance-related bonuses and a long-term incentive plan.
