Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of the P&C compliance program
- Provide strategic compliance guidance and consultation to business leaders
- Oversee compliance with federal and state insurance laws, regulations, and guidance
- Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks across the P&C business
- Provide oversight of SOX compliance activities and control design assessments
- Partner with Special Investigations Unit (SIU) to support fraud prevention and detection
- Coordinate compliance-related audits, examinations, and regulatory inquiries
- Develop and maintain compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in insurance compliance, regulatory affairs, legal, audit, or risk management
