Director Program Management

POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, Program Management is responsible for supporting the modernization and optimization of our collections operations through the design, implementation and execution of program and project delivery best practices. Working closely with executive leadership, the Digital Operations department, Information Technology, and vendor groups, the Director, Program Management leads the development and deployment of digital products and operational strategies to Republic Services field organization designed to optimize routing, with a focus on safety, customer, and efficiency. These solutions will enable enhanced experiences for our customers and drive greater efficiencies across a network of more than 20,000 Drivers, Logistics Analysts, Supervisors, and Operations Managers.
