As Director, Principal Patient Safety Scientist, you will lead safety strategy for complex or multiple products across development stages in collaboration with GSP and PV teams. You will own proactive pharmacovigilance and risk management planning, including integral risk plans and regulatory risk submissions.
You will serve as a PV subject matter expert, mentor new GSPs and PV scientists, and drive cross‑functional process improvements. This role combines strategic safety leadership with oversight of regulatory documents and external partnerships, shaping safety outcomes at scale.
