Director, People - M&A

Lyft is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner with deep expertise in M&A to join our People Team. Reporting to the Senior Director of People Business Partners, this high impact Director role will be the strategic center of gravity for all People M&A work.

**Lead the People M&A Function:**

+ Serve as the senior People partner and decision-maker across the M&A lifecycle.
+ Lead through influence across a matrixed environment, coordinating across a shared Project Manager, People Business Partners, and COE partners.
