Director, Operations- Center for Community Hospital Medicine (CCHM)

UPMC is hiring a Director, Operations to support the Center for Community Hospital Medicine (CCHM) at 3600 Forbes at Meyran, Forbes Tower, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. This leadership role is responsible for providing operational oversight and administrative support across the department, including supervision of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), recruitment strategy and execution, data collection and reporting, and serving as a key liaison with Bridges and other internal stakeholders. The Director will drive departmental efficiency, support organizational initiatives, and collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure high-quality operations across community hospital programs. Minimal travel to community hospital locations is required. The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader with strong operational, analytical, and communication skills and a passion for advancing exceptional patient care and provider support.
