Director of Talent Acquisition

Responsible for leading innovative and strategic recruitment initiatives for assigned segment to attract talent to support the organization’s needs. This position will direct the management of recruitment, processes, policies, systems, and outcomes. The Director will lead and monitor the compliance activities to minimize adverse impact in recruitment and selection processes and plays a critical role in the continuous improvement of the full cycle recruitment process, drives critical recruiting business insights and analytics, and manages key stakeholder relationships.Location & Travel Details: This is an onsite position and can be located at one of our office locations: Fargo, Indianapolis, Phoenix or Dallas.
