Director of Strategy and M&A

**Description:** Our Strategy & Business Development organization is seeking a Director of Strategy and M&A to lead all strategic planning, market intelligence and merger, acquisition, venture capital, and partnership efforts for Lockheed Martin Space. The position, reporting directly to the Vice President - Enterprise Strategy, will be the Executive focal point for all strategy and inorganic growth at LM Space.
- Lead the annual strategic planning cycle for LM Space and intersections with Corporate Strategy
- Lead the Strategic Intelligence team on market assessments, competitive landscapes and ad hoc analyses to support executive leadership team decisions
- Lead product portfolio strategies across all Line of Business
- Lead the identification, evaluation and execution of all M&A, venture and joint venture activities
- Develop strategic frameworks to analyze and execute growth-focused initiatives across the company
