One of Columbus' premier General Contractors is seeking a Director of Self Perform Group to lead and grow its self-perform operations across commercial and multifamily construction projects.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing self-perform field operations, workforce planning, productivity, safety, profitability, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background leading large field teams and self-perform construction operations while driving performance across multiple projects
