**Role Overview**

The **Director of Solution Design - Healthcare Technology Management** , plays a critical role in advancing Sodexo’s commercial growth strategy by developing innovative, client-focused solutions that differentiate Sodexo in the marketplace. Reporting to the Vice President, Solution Design, this leader partners closely with Sales, Operations, Commercial Finance, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design integrated service solutions across food, environmental services, facilities management, and support services. This role ensures solutions are operationally sound, financially viable, and aligned with client needs and enterprise standards.
