Overview As Director of Software Engineering, you will lead the Berkshire Hathaway Group, Life Reinsurance Division through a multi‑year modernization of its technology and application landscape, replacing legacy systems with a modern, scalable, and data-driven platform designed to unlock automation, improve productivity, and enable advanced capabilities—including the thoughtful integration of AI.
