**Hybrid working: 3 days in office and 2 days from home**

In this role, you will lead ADP UK's enterprise Service teams, where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients while driving sustainable business growth. You will lead a large team of leaders and service professionals, ensuring operational excellence, strong client retention, high associate engagement and the achievement of key business objectives.
