At The Abacá Group, the best service is felt, never performed. We have grown into a
family of close to 40 restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, and hotels and over 700
people, and we are now opening in Metro Manila and moving into luxury hotels and
resorts. As we grow, we want to protect the thing our guests remember most: the
warmth, the craft, the feeling of being genuinely looked after. We are looking for a true
master of hospitality to carry that standard across the group, and to light it up in
everyone around them.
What you’ll do
- Be the living example of what great service looks like, on the floor, in front of guests
- and teams.
- Inspire and energize our people, turning good servers into proud hosts and good
- managers into real leaders.
- Coach our restaurant and hotel teams so the standard lives in them...
