POSITION OVERVIEW

Lead sales for K&N’s exciting new market opportunity within HVAC and Industrial markets. We have strong initial demand for our products and are looking for a sales leader to develop and build-out a strong sales team to drive our sales and profitability within these markets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Growing Sales & Profits for HVAC & Industrial Markets
  • General Business Manager mindset – goal oriented. Ownership of the customer relationship and revenue stream.
  • Ability to quickly connect and develop working relationships and identify with the Customer, while being strongly Company centric. Including both technical and soft sales abilities.
  • Actively seeks out new in-profile revenue opportunities within the marketplace.
