Director of Safety - OSP

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Director to lead our safety program in the fast-paced fiber construction industry. The Safety Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and training to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role is critical in fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all fields and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures specific to fiber construction operations.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, local regulatory agencies, and industry best practices.

Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
