**Director of Rehabilitation / DOR - CCRC** **: Full-time**

**Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday**

**Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community**

**_Diverse CCRC Setting: Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient_**

**Location: PioneerCare - Fergus Falls, MN**

**Pay: state range** **$65,000 to $100,000 per year**
