Director of Quick Commerce CX & Service Operations

Delivery Hero is hiring a Head of Quick Commerce (QC) for CX & Service Operations in Singapore. The role leads strategic program management and performance oversight of customer experience and service operations for QC across multiple markets.

You will own regional CX metrics, oversee onboarding/content quality for partners, and drive collaboration with Product and Service Ops to shape marketplace experiences. Leadership of a multi-country team is expected.
