Director of Production and Manufacturing Operations

Position Overview Closet Factory South Florida is seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Production and Manufacturing Operations to lead our custom manufacturing operation in Deerfield Beach, Fl. This is a senior factory leadership position responsible for production performance, workforce management, quality control, machinery maintenance, facility maintenance, safety, material flow, and the on-time completion of custom cabinetry and closet components. The successful candidate must have direct management experience within the custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, woodworking, or custom closet industry. This is not a desk-only management position. The Director of Production and Manufacturing Operations will be expected to maintain a strong presence on the production floor, identify problems quickly, hold employees accountable, and implement practical solutions.
