Director of People Transformation & Operational Excellence

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Transformation and Operational Excellence Director to lead and drive significant improvements within our People and Culture function with a strong emphasis on HRIS and Data Analytics. In this critical role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize HR service delivery enhance efficiency and drive a data-driven culture of continuous improvement.
