Director of People & Culture

The Director of People & Culture will be responsible for overseeing Acendy’s people strategy, working closely with the leadership team and HR representatives across Norway, Sweden, and the Netherlands. In this key role, you will help shape an inclusive and innovative culture while implementing people strategies that align with Acendy’s goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing counsel on talent development, organizational growth, and employee engagement. Additionally, you will drive initiatives that enhance collaboration, well-being, and alignment across Acendy’s three markets, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The Director of People & Culture reports to the CEO and is part of the Management Team. The position is ideally based at Acendy’s headquarters in Tromsø, with travel required to connect with teams and colleagues across locations.
