Requirements

10+ years of operating experience, ideally including time in People, strategy, product, or consulting roles at high-growth technology companies Proven strategic partner to senior leaders in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Strong operator mindset — you understand how companies are built, scaled, and corrected High judgment and comfort navigating complex talent and performance decisions Analytical rigor — you default to data to drive decisions Fluent in AI and automation — and uses both daily to do the work, not just to talk about it Direct, low-ego, high-candor communication style Bias toward action, speed, and simplicity What the job involves
