Peter McVerry Trust (PMVT) has created the position of Director of People and Culture to lead the development and delivery of a People Strategy that supports both culture and performance across the organisation. Aligned with PMVT's 2026–2030 strategic plan - currently in development - the role will help ensure the organisation has the resources, capability and structures it needs to deliver its services through a significant period of change.

The Director of People and Culture is the most senior leader for PMVT's people agenda and a member of the Senior Management Team.
