Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer relationships from implementation through long-term adoption, growth, and renewal for highest-priority healthcare partners.
• Lead complex implementations, guiding customers through deployment, change management, and operational transformation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, physician leaders, and practice administrators.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to influence product direction.
• Identify opportunities for expansion by uncovering new use cases and demonstrating ROI.
