This premier full-service hotel in Northwestern Ontario seeks a strategic leader with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. They are hiring a hands-on and dynamic Director of Operations to oversee and elevate the day-to-day operations across all departments. In this key leadership role, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to implement the property’s strategic vision, focusing on Food & Beverage, banquets, restaurant operations, and providing operational support to Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams. The Director of Operations is pivotal in fostering innovation, creativity, and emotionally enriching experiences for guests, while driving performance and engagement across all hotel divisions.

Base salary: $90,000
