Director Of Operations - $90,000 - $140,000 A Year

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Operations to lead and optimize our global operations. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will ensure day-to-day business activities run efficiently and reliably while supporting growth and profitability goals. This role oversees the full operational ecosystem, including supply chain, logistics, freight, customs, warehousing, 3PL partnerships, inventory management, ERP systems, facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships. You will drive process improvements, continuous optimization, and seamless coordination across Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader with a proven track record in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
