Director of Oncology Medical Launch & Strategy

Bicara Therapeutics seeks a strategic, scientifically rigorous medical leader to drive pre-launch, launch and lifecycle medical strategy for its oncology portfolio. The role partners across commercial, clinical and regulatory teams to ensure clinical readiness and impactful data generation.

The position is based in Boston with a hybrid schedule and travel up to 40–50%. This leader will oversee medical education, external collaborations, and scientific communications to maximize patient outcomes.
