Director of Nursing - Hospice

We are seeking an experienced, transformational Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations for the Hospice program of our rapidly growing Houston, Texas-based home-based care organization. The Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring exceptional patient and family-centered end-of-life care, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and professional practice across the Hospice service line. This leader will build and standardize clinical systems, develop nursing leadership, strengthen quality outcomes, and create a culture of clinical excellence that supports significant organizational growth.
