Director of Multisite Industrial Transformation

ASSA ABLOY Group in Águeda seeks a Head of Industrial Operations to partner with the COO, drive the industrial transformation across four sites, and oversee integration of a new facility.

You will build operational dashboards, lead cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, HSE), and steer Lean initiatives (VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen) to improve productivity, safety and quality.

The role requires autonomy, 10+ years in manufacturing, and fluency in Portuguese and English.
