Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the hotel's overall marketing strategy, ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects the distinctive DELANO brand.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Regional Marketing, Revenue, Sales and Operations teams, you will develop integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive revenue and create meaningful cultural relevance.

This role requires a commercially minded leader with exceptional creative instincts, deep understanding of luxury hospitality and lifestyle brands, and a strong network across media, fashion, art, entertainment and the UAE luxury landscape.
