Director of Investor Relations

We are looking for a finance-savvy and commercially driven Investor Relations professional to join a growing organization in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance and capital markets, along with experience handling investors, stakeholders, institutional clients, or investment communications. This role is not suited for pure accounting or financial reporting profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage investor and stakeholder communications
• Prepare investor presentations, reports, and announcements
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and engagement activities
• Support fundraising and investment-related initiatives
• Monitor market trends and investor feedback
• Work closely with finance, legal, and senior leadership teams
• Ensure timely and accurate disclosures and reporting
