Director of Industrial Operations & Site Transformation

Head of Industrial Operations (M/F) in Águeda, Portugal, reporting to the COO, will lead industrial transformation across four sites and oversee the integration of a new facility. The role requires autonomy, an entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

The position demands deep Lean expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strong Portuguese and English communication to drive initiatives across sites and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
