Job Introduction

What you’ll do

As the Director of Housing, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all housing-related services across NHG’s general needs and supported housing portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will lead the delivery of customer-focused housing management, lettings, safeguarding, and anti-social behaviour services.
 
You will play a key role in implementing NHG’s Resident First Target Operating Model, ensuring services are responsive, data-informed, locally connected, and tailored to resident needs rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.
 
You will drive improved performance, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency while ensuring vulnerable residents receive targeted and effective support.
