Director of Health and Wellness (Constitution Place)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports To: Executive Director

The Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for managing the overall clinical program at the Retirement Community to provide exceptional care and service to the residents. The focus of this role is to provide quality clinical services based on the needs and requirements of each individual resident, ensuring that all care and services provided for are billed and labour aligned.

The incumbent is expected to meet or exceed current clinical and quality targets and maintain safe, quality care for all residents by achieving all internal and external quality metrics measured through internal and external audit. He or she should also effectively manage labour and supplies/materials costs within budget and meet or exceed annual resident satisfaction targets as well as annual employee engagement score targets that support the overall community and division goals.
