A client of ours is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. This highly visible leadership position plays a critical role in supporting executive decision-making by delivering financial insights, driving planning processes, and providing a comprehensive view of company performance across all business functions. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Director of FP& A will oversee a small team while collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization, including Accounting, Treasury, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Legal, and operational business leaders.
