Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay is seeking an exceptional **Director of Food & Drinks** to lead and elevate our world-class dining operations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic hospitality leader with a proven track record in luxury hotel food and beverage management, driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance across multiple outlets.
**Key Requirements:**
+ Minimum **3 years of experience as Director of Food & Beverage/Food & Drinks** in a **luxury hotel environment** .
+ Proven experience managing **at least 5 restaurants and bars** within a luxury hotel or integrated resort.
+ Previous **Gulf region experience is essential** , with preference given to candidates who have worked in **UAE and Qatar** .
+ Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and experience in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
