Director of Food & Beverage - Shangri-La Jakarta

Job Description:


The DOFB is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food and Beverage Division to maximize profits, enforce Shangri-La experience service standards, maintenance food/ beverage/ high staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in an international luxury hotel, including at least 2 years in a Director of Food & Beverage or equivalent leadership role.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
