Bunkhouse Valle de Guadalupe is a luxury lifestyle resort located in the heart of Mexico wine country. The resort spans over 1 km, featuring well-appointed guestrooms and suites, a restaurant with roof terrace, a pool, and more than 50,000 sqm of vineyards with a proprietary wine brand.

Responsibilities Responsible for the financial functions in the hotel, working closely with the General Manager, Ownership, and Corporate office to ensure accurate reports are submitted on time. Manage general ledger reconciliation, monthly and quarterly sales tax filings, timely monthly financials, balance sheet analysis, year‑end closings, and budgets. Create and instill policy, procedure, and internal financial controls and compliance. Lead the Finance Department and collaborate with the property management team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to maximize revenues, reduce expenses, and achieve business goals.
