Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s financial planning and budgeting process.
• Monitor and review budget performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other metrics).
• Analyse financial data to provide insights into performance and make strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with the revenue management team to set room rates and optimise revenue.
• Monitor and analyse revenue streams from various hotel operations (room, food & beverage, ancillary services).
