Director of F&B / Assistant Director F&B

Our client is a 5* boutique resort with less than 100 units and multiple F&B outlets on an idyllic beach on a tropical island in Philippines. The resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q1 2027. Note that this resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.

This role oversees F&B service (not culinary) and will be reporting directly to General Manager. You will be heavily involved with the pre-opening activities and oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B Service Department, and lead and mentor a team of passionate staff who will deliver a truly memorable experience for their guests. Please note that this position is available for Filipino Nationals only.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, or related field
• Experience in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts
