Director of Enterprise Risk Management

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing fintech organisation at a pivotal stage of its growth. This is not a traditional Enterprise Risk Management role. We are looking for a highly technical hands‑on risk professional who understands modern AI technologies and can build scalable risk frameworks for an AI-driven business. You'll work directly with senior leadership and the Board to reshape the existing ERM framework introducing smarter processes stronger governance and AI‑enabled controls across the organisation. This is a highly visible hire with significant executive sponsorship.
