**Job Title:** Director of Development

**Salary:** $110,000–$125,000 + benefits
**Status:** Full-Time | Permanent

A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Director of Development to lead and grow a comprehensive fundraising and donor engagement strategy across a multi-state region.
This leadership role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive philanthropic revenue growth through major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, grants, campaigns, donor stewardship, and special events.
