Sephora Middle East, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a senior CRM and Loyalty leader to own the customer loyalty strategy across channels. You will define and execute the loyalty promise, lead lifecycle campaigns, and partner with Product, Data Science, Design and Marketing to enable data-driven programs that drive retention and profitability.
The role requires strategic thinking, experience in CRM and loyalty, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while traveling as needed.
