Director of Content Strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy across all channels, translating complex fraud and banking concepts into clear narratives
• Create high-impact content including decks, one-sheeters, thought leadership, video content, and customer testimonials
• Own content planning and campaign development in collaboration with sales, product, and executive teams
• Collaborate with CEO and subject matter experts to craft thought leadership positioning
• Manage external creative partners including agencies and freelancers
• Use data and performance insights to optimize content effectiveness

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or marketing communications
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or B2B technology preferred
