A market leader in the FMCG space is looking to hire a Director of Consulting to lead the growth and development of their consulting practice. . Leading a team of consultants, leading the thinking and leading the development of a critical commercial product.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

Leading a supercharged Consulting team you will be;

Responsible for the team that delivers Consulting projects 
Own the development of the team, developing their capability 
Set clear roles & responsibilities across team and between teams 
Set and role model the culture and behaviours with the team 
Own resource plans and requirements, structure and recruitment 
Working in partnership across the organisation to identify opportunities and create and deliver solutions to solve our clients’ challenge
