Director of Asset Management (Renewable Energy)

Responsible for leading the Company’s investments in renewable energy and energy storage projects, primarily in the European market. This role covers the full investment lifecycle, including project development, M&A, and exit management. The incumbent will oversee project screening, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation, execution, and post-investment management, with the objective of optimizing the Group’s asset portfolio and investment returns.

• Identify and originate investment opportunities in renewable energy and energy storage projects, and expand high-quality project pipelines;
• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and regulatory assessments, and develop feasibility studies and valuation models;
