Director of Architectural Design

We are seeking an experienced Director, Design to build and lead our Architecture (Physical Buildings) capability within a global design delivery organization.

This leadership role will be responsible for scaling a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering team, establishing technical excellence, and driving high-quality design delivery that seamlessly integrates with U.S.-based design leadership.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong expertise in architectural design, construction documentation, team building, and process optimization.
